Bharat Sanchar Nigam Ltd. (BSNL), proposes to recruit SENIOR EXECUTIVE (DIRECT RECRUITMENT) in TELECOM & FINANCE streams from open market (External candidates). All external candidates fulfilling the prescribed eligibility conditions possessing requisite qualification are eligible to apply for the TRAINEE posts.

Scale of Pay: The SENIOR EXECUTIVE TRAINEE (SET-DR) shall be recruited in the IDA pay scale [E-3] of Rs 24900 – Rs. 50500/- (pre-revised)
Liability to serve anywhere in India: Persons appointed to the Senior Executive Trainee (DR) post shall be liable for posting/transfer anywhere in India/at any place falling in the operational area of BSNL.
Eligibility:
i. Nationality: – Only Indian Nationals would be eligible to apply.
ii. Educational Qualifications: – Telecom Stream: Bachelor of Engineering / Bachelor of Technology degree or equivalent engineering degree with minimum 60% marks on a regular full-time basis in any of the following discipline:
1. Electronics and Telecommunications
2. Electronics
3. Computer Science
4. Information Technology
5. Electrical
6. Instrumentation or combination of these disciplines as core with other associated emerging branches.
Finance Stream: 1. Chartered Accountant (CA)/
2. Cost & Management Accountancy (CMA)
Age: Candidate should be minimum 21 years and not exceed 30 years as on date of receipt of application. However, the upper age limit is relaxable as per the
standing instructions of Government of India for the following categories: –
