The Combined Limited Departmental Competitive Examination (CLDCE) 2026 aims to fill 205 Group ‘C’ posts, including Lower Division Clerk (LDC), Junior Secretariat Assistant (JSA), and Driver across various government departments.
This is an excellent promotion opportunity for MTS, Skilled Contingency Staff, and departmental drivers working under the Government of Arunachal Pradesh.

Who Can Apply?
- Multi-Tasking Staff (MTS) with 8 years of regular service
- Skilled Contingency Staff with 12 years of continuous service
- Must be certified eligible by Head of Department
Educational Qualification: Class 12 (XII) pass from a recognized board.
Typing Skill: 35 words per minute on computer with (10500 key depressions per hour).
Age Limit
- MTS:
- Maximum 45 years
- 50 years for APST candidates
- Skilled Contingency Staff:
- No age limit (as decided by department)
Pay Scale
- Level-4 Pay Matrix
- ₹25,500 – ₹81,100 per month
Driver Eligibility
- Contingency Skilled Driver with 10 years of service, OR
- Handyman with 6 years of regular service
Educational Qualification: Class VIII pass or equivalent
Other Requirements: Valid Driving License mandatory

Stage 1: Written Examination
