The Assam Health Infrastructure Development & Management Society (AHIDMS) has released a new notification for the recruitment of contractual post for PMU and PIU under the JICA assisted health sector project. This recruitment for this post is being done under Medical Education & Research Department, Government of Assam.
The interested and eligible can attend the recruitment of these contractual jobs by Walk-in-Interview. Those who are selected will be working in Project Management, Finance and Infrastructure roles for the support as well as strengthening the project. However, these posts are temporary in nature also are a part of the project of Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA).

Eligibility & Key Requirements of AHIDMS Recruitment 2026
Assistant Finance Specialist (AFS)
- Qualification: B.Com + 6 months Computer Certificate
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in accounting/financial management
- Mandatory: PFMS experience & knowledge of Govt. procedures
- Age Limit: Up to 35 years
- Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹50,000 per month
Accounts Assistant
- Qualification: Graduate in Commerce
- Experience: Minimum 3 years in Govt./PSU/Externally Aided Projects
- Skills: Tally, Govt Accounting, GST, IT, MS Office
- Age Limit: Up to 35 years
- Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month
Assistant Engineer (AE)
- Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering (AICTE approved)
- Experience: Minimum 6 years in building/infrastructure projects
- Preferred: Health infrastructure & externally aided projects
- Software: AutoCAD, MS Project, Primavera
- Age Limit: Up to 45 years
- Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹70,000 per month
Salary & Contract Terms
- Salary is consolidated per month
- If current salary is higher → 30% enhancement may be allowed
- Initial contract: 11 months
- Extension: Based on satisfactory performance
- Leave as per AHIDMS policy
